"FUNDACIÓN CIUDAD REFUGIO shall request prior, express, and informed authorization from Data Subjects regarding the processing of their personal data, taking into account the following:"
- Authorization shall be understood as granted through unequivocal conduct that allows concluding that the Data Subject has given their authorization, for example, through their express acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of an activity within which the authorization of the participants is required for the Processing of their Personal Data. In no case shall the silence of the Data Subject be assimilated to unequivocal conduct.
- Informed authorization means that, at the time of requesting consent from the Data Subject, they must be clearly informed of: i) the Personal Data that will be collected, the identification and contact information of the Controller and the Processor, the specific purposes of the Processing that is intended to be carried out, that is, how and why the Personal Data will be collected, used, and circulated, and what rights they have as Data Subjects.
- The optional nature of the response to the questions asked, when they refer to sensitive data or to the data of children and adolescents. The data subject must be clear that, since they are sensitive data, they are not obliged to give consent.
- Depending on the area where the information is obtained, it may be obtained in writing, orally or through unequivocal conduct that allows concluding that authorization has been obtained.
