The Ciudad Refugio family is made up of individuals committed to laying down their lives to follow Jesus and to serve those in need.  Our core leadership team is a blend of local and international men and women with a variety of backgrounds and experiences.  Additionally, we have a group of 30 committed men, women and youth serving in both full and part-time capacities.  At all levels we look to promote local leadership as well as to identify and develop leaders from within existing programs.
