Ciudad Refugio programs are diverse, each uniquely designed to meet the distinctive needs of its target population.  While our program scope is broad, the DNA of each program is the same – to help individuals and communities unable to help themselves, to try to do so sustainably, and to provide education and training opportunities empowering individuals and communities to be more productive members of society.
