The City of Refuge Internship Program provides students from Christian churches, organizations, and Bible schools the opportunity to explore ministry gifts and/or apply theology in a diverse, supervised ministry context.

This program is designed for local and international students interested in working with programs that serve vulnerable populations. Interested individuals must have prior volunteer experience and a basic level of Spanish is required.

Internship opportunities range from 6 months to 2 years. Interested individuals can submit a cover letter, resume, and pastoral letter of recommendation to the foundation as a first step in the process.
